Sidewalks and patio look almost brand new. Other than when the house was painted, anything above the 2nd floor surface... has not been pressure washed in 10 years, including the chimney. It's so clean! They got the "black" off the keystones above the doors, pressure washed the air conditioner pad and the hose boxes on the side of the house. It's little details like that that I'm sold on Steve and his services.Plus I'm a gardener and they didn't kill my flowers, even though they used 3 different potential products that could have harmed them.read more

After searching and finding positive reviews on Still Waters, a... small business located near by, I decided to contact them to get an estimate for the exterior cleaning along with a few of the other services they offer; roof cleaning, exterior window washing, driveway & walkway cleaning. Elaine was very professional and personable from the initial inquiry to the quote visit. Steve did a great job getting me the quote with a break down of the prices piece by piece with explanation of what each area entailed. My crew and I worked on a house that was going to be remodeled and sold and it was out in the Richmond area. The... entire front porch along with the bricks and sidewalks were covered in green mold. The sides of the home, the roof, windows and all of the garage were also covered with green or black colored mold. I thought there is no way all of this is going to come clean . Great experience start to finish. Up front quote detailed what was included and the cost. Quality was exactly what I... wanted. When complete bill matched quote. They do so much more than just cleaning sidewalks and drive ways. For me they did my pool deck (soft wash), my entire exterior of my home, pathways (stone and crashed granite), sidewalk, driveway and curb. If you need it they can also do your roof.read more

We are in the process of getting our home on the market, and Steve and Elaine Floyd, owners of Still Waters Power... Washing seriously blew us away!. They use a soft low-abrasion system (Steve can tell you all about it) that actually gets a deeper clean than the high-abrasion systems that most others use. And all the chemicals are environmentally safe. Totally white glove care from these folks.I can't say enough about them! I already had pretty high expectations and they told me I wouldn't believe my eyes... I thought, yeah, yeah.... How big of a difference could it make....?Let me just say that I could see the difference a BLOCK AWAY as I was driving toward my house! I did a before and after shot (though, Google seems to not allow me to post it) and and it's pretty evident how thorough they got. The driveway, sidewalks, back patio, every nook and cranny... even the roof sparkles and its over 20 yrs old!read more
