They are great. The most important thing about them is they have the right equipment. It is truck mounted and they have... not only the regular power washers but also the the type that is inside a cover that sets on the concrete and spins. This type just does a better job. I was not expecting that he would then treat it afterwards with a chlorine solution to make the job last longer. Quite frankly I own a power washer and he did a much better job than I ever have. Elaine and Steve Floyd both came out today to power wash. I left at 10am and they were finishing up at 2:30pm. We had a... whole back patio of pavers around the pool, and under patio cover and around outdoor kitchen that had some moss and algae build up imbetween all the pavers and they applied a special technique to take care of it. They also power washed all the concrete- our driveway, sidewalk, entry walk and curbs and post treated it with a chlorine based detergent. They also pre-treated the interior floor of our garage with a causticcleaner to remove petroleum stains and a hot water high pressure cleaning! In the 8 years we have lived here, our Home Depot Power wash machine has NEVER done this well, we don't have the water pressure and power and don't have the hot water or right treament! Still Waters has their own special truck with hoses and water and HOT water and the right treatment for all kinds of exterior issues. They even do windows! 5STAR review!By the way, Steve also power washed our church, Grand Lakes Presbyterian Church at Mason and Peek recently! They got up on the roof and took care of a lot of issues! They are affordable, efficient, thoughtful and put things back in place before they leave. They are careful too and very professional.
